We do not provide any refunds, but we do offer the option of exchanges or returns for store credit exclusively. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns will be issued in a form of an e-gift card. If you receive a defective item, please email orders@superapparel.ca within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will take care of you right away.
All items applicable for return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a e-gift card will be issued.
Returns
Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to do an exchange, you’ll have to pay an additional shipping fee to receive the new apparel.

Store credit will be issued via e-gift card within 5-14 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible if we don’t receive your returned item.
